Unfortunately Paintshop Pro doesn't have a built in facility to make panoramas or combine images, but it is possible to 'fake' it manually. When taking pictures, particularly of landscapes, you may wish that your camera had more megapixels or you might like to make a panorama. So when you take you scene, just follow the following tips:
Use a tripod if you can, if not hold your arms tight into your body and hold the camera as perpendicular as you can, rotate your body from the waist/hips rather than moving your feet, and finally, as you take a series of pictures try to use particular features in the scene as 'marks' to ensue your frames overlap.
Then follow this guide to stitch the separate pictures together in Paintshop Pro :

Step 1 - download the images
Top leftTop right
Bottom leftBottom right

Click on the small versions of the 4 images on the left. These will open up larger versions in a new window. Right click on the larger version and choose 'Save image as' from the drop down menu. Save it in your My Pictures folder or on your USB stick.

When you have downloaded the image, start Paintshop Pro and use FILE > OPEN to locate the images and open them all into the workspace.

Step 2 - Increase your canvas size
Navigate to your chosen file

With all four images open, choose one of the images (here it is the bottom left image) and increase its canvas size - menu command IMAGE > CANVAS SIZE.
In the dialogue that appears, to place this portion bottom left of the 'new' canvas, click on the bottom left arrow in the grid (circled). Large canvasThen increase the pixel dimensions of the canvas. For this task they need to be at least double the starting image size. Check also that the 'Background' of the canvas is set to white. OK to finish. You should now see a
larger image (right).

Step 3 - Copy and paste your second image
select your file

Now start to add the other images. With each one in turn, use Select All to select, then copy them. Return to the large image and use EDIT > PASTE AS NEW LAYER, to place them in a new layer on the canvas. Use the layer opacity/transparency slider in the Layers panel (circled in red on the screen shot) to temporarily reduce the opacity of the second image and then move it and match it up to the first image, using the Move tool (highlighted with a rectangle).

Step 4 - Repeat to finish
Finished blur

Now repeat with the other two images. Check that you have the topmost layer selected before you paste each new image in.
When you have all four images together, return all layers' opacity to 100% and you should have something like the screenshot on the left.
All you need to do to complete is crop the image and either use Save As to save in a format that will merge all four layers into one (jpg) or use the LAYERS > MERGE > MERGE ALL command to flatten the picture and save it.
